Shipping Information: This store is operated by Robin Platt ERPEH-Design.

Made to Order (Print-on-Demand): Sustainability is at the heart of what we do. Each of our products is custom-made specifically for you once you place an order. This approach reduces waste and overproduction. Therefore, the total time until your order arrives consists of the fulfillment time (printing & quality control) combined with the shipping time.

Shipping Destinations: We deliver exclusively to the following countries:

• European Union (EU): Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

• Non-EU Europe: Andorra, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Vatican City.

• International: Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand. (Note: For insurance and logistical reasons, we currently do not ship to the USA, Russia, or any countries not listed above.)
  
  Important Address Note: Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or automated parcel lockers (e.g., DHL Packstationen). Please provide a regular physical residential or business address.

Delivery Times: For advance payments (e.g., PayPal, Credit Card, Google Pay), the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the remitting bank. For other payment methods, it begins on the day after the contract is concluded. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a recognized public holiday at the destination, the next business day shall take the place of such day. Business days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

• Germany: 5–10 business days

• Europe (EU): 7–12 business days

• International (e.g., UK, Canada, Japan, Rest of Europe): 10–20 business days

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated as a flat rate per order as follows. Due to my status as a small business (Kleinunternehmer) according to § 19 UStG (German Value Added Tax Act), no value added tax (VAT) is charged or displayed.

Prices for orders outside the Eurozone are displayed in the respective local currency in the checkout based on the current exchange rate and may be rounded.

Customs and Taxes (International Orders): For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (e.g., Switzerland, United Kingdom, Canada), additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These fees are charged by your local authorities and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their exact amount.

Tracking: Once your order has been printed and shipped, you will automatically receive a confirmation email including a tracking number, allowing you to check the status of your package at any time.

Herstellung auf Bestellung (Print-on-Demand): Nachhaltigkeit liegt uns am Herzen. Jedes unserer Produkte wird erst nach deiner Bestellung speziell für dich angefertigt. Das schont Ressourcen und vermeidet Überproduktion. Die Zeit bis zum Eintreffen deiner Bestellung setzt sich daher aus der Bearbeitungszeit (Druck & Qualitätskontrolle) und der eigentlichen Versandzeit zusammen.

Liefergebiete: Wir liefern ausschließlich in die folgenden Länder:

• Europäische Union (EU): Belgien, Bulgarien, Dänemark, Deutschland, Estland, Finnland, Frankreich, Griechenland, Irland, Italien, Kroatien, Lettland, Litauen, Luxemburg, Malta, Niederlande, Österreich, Polen, Portugal, Rumänien, Schweden, Slowakei, Slowenien, Spanien, Tschechien, Ungarn, Zypern.

• Europa (Nicht-EU): Andorra, Island, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norwegen, San Marino, Schweiz, Vatikanstadt, Vereinigtes Königreich.

• International: Australien, Japan, Kanada, Neuseeland. (Hinweis: Aufgrund von Versicherungsbestimmungen und logistischen Gründen liefern wir derzeit nicht in die USA, nach Russland oder in Länder, die hier nicht aufgeführt sind.)
  
  Wichtiger Hinweis zur Lieferadresse: Bitte beachte, dass eine Lieferung an Postfächer oder Packstationen (z. B. DHL Packstation) leider nicht möglich ist. Bitte gib eine reguläre Wohn- oder Geschäftsadresse an.
  

Lieferzeiten: Die Frist für die Lieferung beginnt bei Zahlung per Vorkasse (z.B. PayPal, Kreditkarte, Google Pay) am Tag nach Erteilung des Zahlungsauftrags an das überweisende Kreditinstitut bzw. bei anderen Zahlungsarten am Tag nach Vertragsschluss zu laufen und endet mit dem Ablauf des letzten Tages der Frist. Fällt der letzte Tag der Frist auf einen Samstag, Sonntag oder einen am Lieferort staatlich anerkannten allgemeinen Feiertag, so tritt an die Stelle eines solchen Tages der nächste Werktag. Als Werktage gelten Montag bis Freitag, ausgenommen gesetzliche Feiertage.

• Deutschland: 5–10 Werktage

• Europa (EU): 7–12 Werktage

• International (UK, Kanada, Japan, übriges Europa): 10–20 Werktage

Versandkosten: Die Versandkosten werden pro Bestellung pauschal wie folgt berechnet. Aufgrund des Kleinunternehmerstatus gemäß § 19 UStG wird keine Umsatzsteuer erhoben oder ausgewiesen.

Preise für Bestellungen außerhalb der Euro-Zone werden im Checkout in der jeweiligen Landeswährung basierend auf dem aktuellen Wechselkurs angezeigt und können gerundet sein.
